Excellent reflexologist
If you are looking to feel total relaxation and feel so much better in yourself look no further. Aileen is an excellent reflexologist with a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field. I have received many different reflexology treatments with Aileen and come out feeling on cloud nine after each of them. Highly recommend

A fantastic reflexologist in both feet and face. I absolutely love coming here especially because you will get the extra benefit of the aromatherapy oils with the treatment. I would highly recommend reflections complementary therapy. I have tried many reflexologists and this is by far the best. I have had both foot and face reflexology as well as the combo here. Aileen is amazing at her job, and I can honestly say you will not be disappointed in any of the treatments.

What can I say about this gifted lady and her amazing treatments?! I have been a very grateful client of Aileen's for over two years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I opt for the zone facial lift on a regular basis and I leave her cabin, floating and feeling incredible EVERY time! Aileen offers a genuine holistic experience that improves, not just your physical appearance, but very much your whole well being. This woman's knowledge and skill will give you what you need, even if you don't know what that is! Oh, and of course, there is her bespoke skin care range, an investment for your skin between treatments that work specifically for YOU. I have been coming to Aileen for reflexology for a number of years and I can honestly say she is fantastic at what she does. She is so knowledgeable in this area and offers such a range of therapies, most of which I have tried and I love every one of them. Wow !!aileen certainly is brilliant. I have been with aileen numerous times over the years .Have had facial reflexology an feet .aileen is v.professional an easy to chat to.Always makes me feel at ease and has helped me a lot over the years.couldnt do without her.so give her a go you will not be dissapointed.

I would highly recommend this lovely lady for anyone who enjoys complementary therapies. Aileen is absolutely brilliant she is fab at what she does and she offers a good range of therapies! I have received a good few of the therapies and have got great benefit from them esp with relexology and reiki! The reiki is amazing, the feeling i get through my body is
indescribable!! Aileen has made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the minute I met her and she is also very accommodating. Definitely try the zone facelift, it's like botox only the natural way!!

Aileen is a very gifted reflexologist and I have really noticed many benefits since attending her regularly including improved sleeping and coping much better with stress. The traditional reflexology is good though I’m a big fan of the facial reflexology (sometimes getting the combo when I can’t quite decide). I’ve just had one of her new facials (natural Botox) which incorporates the reflexology. Zoned out straight away!! Fabulous treatment.

I have been suffering with chronic pain for quite some time, I find Aileen s professionalism and treatment are a real benefit.
We all are living busy lives and taking 1 hr out for myself every now and again means I sleep better and am definitely more relaxed. I would highly recommend Reflections Complementary Therapy ??
